Blue Ridge Refrigeration, Inc., a commercial refrigeration company, seeks to fill a full-time, benefited Commercial Refrigeration Technician position with a minimum of 3 years experience in the HVAC and/or Refrigeration field. Must be certified to handle refrigerant, have a valid NC driver's license, and own basic hand tools. Applicants must be willing to work 40 hours a week with some overtime, when necessary and be able to rotate calls with other technicians. Ability to climb ladders and do physical labor related to this field and style of repair work and installation are essential.

This position provides overall daily coordination of service requests between customers and technicians. Keeps track of open service tickets. Provides quotes to customers and orders parts as needed. Generates invoices for customer billing. Collects payments from customers. Provides administrative/general office support to the Operations Manager, Business Manager and other staff as needed. Provides superior customer support to our valued customers.
